Mitchell and Emma's wedding at the Shannon Creek Barn in Olsburg, Kansas was one I won't soon forget! I had been looking forward to taking pictures at their wedding ever since they asked me! I have known Mitchell for years, growing up in the same small town and going to the same school and I met Emma while I was at school at K-State and being apart of the same Christian ministry. She also convinced me to train and run a half-marathon with some of our other friends in 7 weeks, but that's a story for a different time!!
Mitchell and Emma have such a sweet story. Both of them were apart of the same missions trip that went overseas 2 summers ago sharing about Christ's love to unreached people groups. Both of them are such kind people, but above everything else they love the Lord and want to make sure His name is glorified through their lives and their marriage.
The day started in Randolph, Kansas at the Atwood House, which is a super cute bed and breakfast and a great place to get ready for a wedding! Emma was surrounded by lots of loving family and friends throughout the whole getting ready process. After she got her dress on, she had a first look with her Dad, which was super sweet and then we headed to the barn for her first look with Mitchell.
These two people were surrounded by many family and friends that showered them with love throughout the day. All in all it was a beautiful day and Emma and Mitchell completely compliment one another.
Mitchell and Emma, I'm so happy for the both of you and am so thankful that I got to be apart of witnessing the beginning of your next big adventure. I hope life gets better each and every day. Your kindness and joy is contagious and I know that God has big things in store for the both of you and I can't wait to see where it leads you! Cheers to many more decades of love and happiness!
